His passion for sports began at the age of 9 through Taekwondo. After dedicating nearly a decade as a National Player and proudly representing the country, his discipline and drive naturally evolved into a deep commitment to fitness.
Since then, he has focused on understanding both training and nutrition to help others succeed. His specialty lies in working with busy individuals struggling to transform their bodies—offering post-injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and complete body transformation programs.
